ACA marked the Women’s Health Week, typically a week-long national event from May 8th – 14th, encouraging women to reflect on their individual health needs and prioritize their overall health.
This year’s theme,“Forward Focus: Achieving Healthier Futures Together,” saw a lineup of activities for ACA women that emphasized the importance of incorporating simple preventive and positive health behaviors into everyday life.
Key highlights of the event this year include sessions with a few Health Consultants, awellness check-up, and yoga/Zumba sessions, among others.
