Zoe Omonkhogbe is a finance executive with broad expertise across private equity, real estate, and professional services. He began his career at KPMG in audit, and has since served as a strategic partner in deal structuring, transaction execution, and portfolio value creation across multiple jurisdictions, including Nigeria, the Cayman Islands, and Mauritius.

He has delivered robust financial analysis, valuation support, and tax optimization strategies, while leading multi-million-dollar cost-saving initiatives and managing key banking, legal, and advisory relationships. Zoe combines technical precision with innovative thinking to simplify complex transactions and drive efficient, results-oriented solutions.

In addition to overseeing finance functions such as accounting, reporting, and treasury, he collaborates cross-functionally to support strategic planning and foster a strong organizational culture.

Zoe is a chartered accountant and a certified treasury professional. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science and education and earned his MBA as a Welch Scholar from the Jack Welch Management Institute.
