PRINCIPAL: Bukola Ayanbule

Bukola leads the legal and compliance team at ACA, across diversified portfolios and operations including real estate, private equity, and asset management. In her role, she advises on all of ACA’s dealmaking, exits, fundraises, compliance processes and ESG. Bukola has a deep understanding of regulatory environments across multiple jurisdictions, stakeholder management and corporate governance frameworks.

Prior to ACA, Bukola worked at Aluko & Oyebode, a leading law firm in Nigeria, where she advised on corporate/commercial transactions and regulatory compliance.

Bukola holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Obafemi Awolowo University and a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from Harvard Law school, Cambridge. She is qualified to practice in Nigeria and New York.
